Our mission is to make great bikes that people love to ride. At Temple Cycles, we have created a range of modern bikes with a classic aesthetic for city, country, touring and road riding. All our bikes are lightweight, durable and versatile. Most importantly, they are built to last. Based between Bristol and London, we sell our bikes online and at our premises in both cities.

We are looking to expand our company with friendly and approachable team members who are passionate about our products and who will help us to reimagine the way we travel and explore on two wheels.
The Role
  • With a sales role in a growing company within a competitive market , you will be pivotal to the continual growth of Temple Cycles by engaging with existing and new customer bases, sharing the company mission, and closing sales.

    As a member of our busy London store team, you will be a vital component in the delivery of excellent customer support, expert advice, and best in class service.
Customer Service
  • Providing clear, high quality communications and service to all customers.
  • Delivering in store sales and keeping up to date with product knowledge. Representing the brand and its mission to get more people riding quality bikes that will last them a lifetime.
  • Responding to general customer enquiries and supporting the Customer Support Team in communicating a range of messages to customers.

  • You may also be required to support in workshop or mechanical tasks for which full training will be provided.
  • Store Management

    Assisting with the day to day running of the store, ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and merchandising are upheld.

  • Maintaining the security of the store premises, stock and all store cash and other payments.

    Stock management duties, including receipt of deliveries, storing, sorting, counting, and checking stock.

    Lifting and moving a range of boxes and items including bicycles, as well as at times, riding bikes.
  • Brand Promotion

    As a member of the Temple Cycles team in our only dedicated store - you are one of the faces of the brand.

    You may also be asked to support marketing and brand related activity in the store for the Store Manager or Marketing Manager - all work will be carried out in line with existing brand guidelines.
Additional Duties

  • To attend events, supervision, training and meetings as and when required.


  • Job Requirements
Experience in a customer-facing or front-of-house role

Excellent written and verbal communication, attentive listener and have the ability to communicate calmly under pressure and a passionate belief in exemplary customer service

An excellent command of the English language
Experience with a POS system and ability to quickly learn and use various software systems
Work well as a part of a busy team
A keen attention to detail
Highly organised and punctual with excellent time management, especially within a dynamic store environment
